Short Description: The Chosen believe they are in possession of all the required keys for opening the gate which they hope will lead them to Atlantis. The King and ministers of Baelo Claudia have called a special meeting of the High Council. The Chosen’s presence is demanded, as answers are needed in order to protect the city, and the Roman Empire. Dark storms fill the night when the Chosen arrive. It is no surprise that this night shall be one long remembered. Which path will the Chosen take? Will Atlantis be found, or will it be forever lost to the pages of lore? The time is critical, and decisions must be made.

The hunt for the Southern Rod continues and the road leads to Babylon, the ancient city now a vast wasteland of undead. There they must barter for information with a being as old as the city itself. There’s only one problem – he’s a Lich.

Summary

The Chosen were greeted at the Trondhjem way stone by Berk’s sons and brought immediately to her. There she asked them to further question their Gnoll captive Grrr’ark

Questioning revealed that he worked for a mysterious Ogre Wizard (Ogre Mage or Oni) who had fought to control the Hill Giants. Agents of the Strategos and the Primal Order asked the Chosen to act as advanced scouts while they organize their own forces to keep track of the Giants.

Given a map of the Hill Giant Steading and guided by Gamli the chosen made their way North.

On the Journey they discovered and ancient barrow den and altar. The standing stones of the altar had been vandalized but the chosen observed the following.

  1. Warriors with skull heads engage in a battle
  2. The warriors harvest a crystal from their slain enemy
  3. The crystal is sealed in a box and brought to a mountain
  4. This stone had been destoyed and its rubble removed
  5. The warriors bring a gift of a great horn to a dragon
  6. The dragon sounds the horn
  7. This stone had been destoyed and its rubble removed

Eventually the Chosen made their way the the Hill Giant steading where they found the Hill Giants repairing their home after an apparent battle. The Giant in charges seemed to be on the verge of mutiny when a Frost Giant appeared causing all to bow and scrape.

The Chosen witnessed the Hill Giant King quaff a potion and murder the Frost Giant. They charged into the fray quickly killing the Hill Giant King. After striking the fatal blow TYRIOM declared himself King and the giants were temporarily cowed.

Flush with information on the supposed Ogre Wizard the Chosen left the giants to fight over their new King. A few miles away they found a recently vacated cave with spy glass and potions left behind. The only clue was a set foot prints running directly off the nearby cliff face.

Out of leads the Chosen returned to report their findings to Berk.

They now await an audience with Council.

Short Description: Safe in the hands of Valaria and Tolivar, the pieces from the Rod of Atlantis for the Northern Pillar are believed to be complete. The enemy, however, is unknown. The time has come to determine who is behind the attack on Baelo Claudia and make an attempt to commandeer the South Pillar, and retrieve the Rod of Atlantis for it.

Short Description: Having recovered the Atlantean rod from the northern Pillar of Hercules, the Chosen must now begin to unravel the puzzle of the key. Its fragments, scattered across the globe, must be reunited to unlock the ancient secrets of Atlantis. The Umbra have their own plans with the key and seem to have the upper hand about its secrets. It’s now up to the Chosen to thwart their plans and recover the missing piece.

Short Description: Prophetic dreams of a foretell a gruesome force massacring the lavish 18th birthday of the Princess Valaria, of Baelo Claudia, the mega port city bordering the northern Pillar of Hercules. The Chosen must make their way into the Gala and prevent this horror from occurring. This, however, is only the beginning of the plans that are now being unraveled.
